Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other use and are never shared with third parties.
5. Cookies and pixels
This website may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to understand visits and measure our marketing, including the Meta Pixel. These can record things like your browser and device, the pages you view and the actions you take. The companies that provide them handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; turning some off may affect how the website works.
Visitors in Europe are asked first, and these tools load only after a yes. To change your answer:
Done. The next page you open will ask again.
6. Service providers
We do not give your personal information to anyone for their own marketing. We use service providers to host this website and send our emails and texts, and they may only use your information to do that work. Text message consent is covered by the stricter rule in section 4.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for our records, and to meet legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise it. If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of that so we honour it.
9. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or stop marketing. Contact us at jeff@invokable.io or on (609) 703-0731. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
